The head of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, responded to Prime Minister Edi Rama's statement that "the Americans brought Noc Rrok" and that the reform in justice was founded by the SP.
Bardhi said that if Edi Rama created SPAK, then the Special Structure is criticizable. He said that there are honest prosecutors in the Special Structure, but there are also prosecutors in SPAK who receive 15,000 euros each, being badly corrupted.
"Edi Rama said that the Americans brought Ndoc Rrok to Albania. Did Edi Rama do the reform? If Rama did it, it is to be criticized. It seems to him that there is justice that Rama commands. I do not attack the SPAK institution, but there are corrupt SPAK prosecutors. They receive from 15 thousand euros to close criminal files.
I support SPAK, but whenever I have criticism, I will come out and say it here publicly. Yes, there are professional prosecutors in SPAK, but there are also corrupt prosecutors. A prosecutor has threatened his daughter's life and such prosecutors have all my support", said Bardhi.
