Analyst Ben Andoni says that Rama's goal in the future could be a Presidential Republic, where he would have executive attributes.
Citing Rama's statement on the possibility of a female prime minister, Andoni said that this can only happen the moment Rama leaves power.
The analyst said that we should not be surprised if Rama also takes into his "fold" MPs from new parties, where he sees Lapaj as the most advantageous for the result.
"Mr. Lapaj seems to have some kind of advantage from the polls and the field work, he seems to have some kind of advantage in relation to the other parties. Rama makes it part of the narrative, the first to play down his weight, and to try to find every opportunity for cooperation in the future. If you have watched carefully, Mr. Rama said that the next prime minister will be a woman.
You understand that a future prime minister will only be a woman when Mr. Rama leaves power. It has never happened in Albania that a prime minister leaves power of his own free will, unless he was forced to, and this means that Mr. Rama seeks to maximize the number of his people in Parliament, including from the opposition, and turn Albania into a Presidential Republic.
"But this thesis is still far away, because we need to see the election results and Rama's future moves. In the future, if these people have access to Parliament, don't be surprised if he brings them into his fold, for his own interests," he told MCN.
Speaking about the opening of the SP and DP campaigns, Andoni says that the Socialist Party has perfected the form, although the content leaves something to be desired. According to him, the two events were more of a show to show the potency of the two leaders.
