Former Socialist Finance Minister Arben Malaj has called on Socialist Party MPs to rebel against their boss Edi Rama. In an interview with Syri TV, Malaj had a strong warning for the majority lawmakers.
A day before the hearing where Belinda Balluku's immunity will be decided, Malaj clearly stated that a possible blockage of SPAK's request would jeopardize the country's integration into the European Union.
The former socialist minister declared that the state is gripped by crime and listed the billions lost from the state budget due to corruption and misgovernment.
" Gentlemen, you want to remain loyal to Rama, stay, but Rama has shown that he is thirsty for political blood. As soon as he gets stronger, the more blood he will suck from you. Rama must be confronted by some men in politics. There are 83 of them and a few from the other party, 89. Gentlemen, now, if you swear by the constitution that you will do everything for my country and you do everything for your seat that is conditioned by Rama's mood, this is treason, in the truest sense of the word. If 10 people are from the parliamentary group of the Socialist Party, they will abstain. They have decided today that abstention is called exclusion. Rama cannot exclude because the more he excludes, the weaker he becomes. But they must have manhood, men and women towards their country ," he said.
Malaj also commented on the withdrawal from the competition of the only bidding company for the construction of the new port in Porto Romano and accused top executives, starting with the country's prime minister, of a lack of transparency regarding this strategic project.
Malaj stressed that the collapse of the tender for Porto Romano leaves open the debate about the future of one of the country's most important strategic assets.

Edhe nje pjese e administrates publike.Edhe nga ata politikane qe tashme jane larguar , por vijne si relike kufomash ne evenimente te PS, natyrisht nga halli dhe frika e kryetarit, se ndryshe i dergon ne gojen e aligatorit....
