DP MP Saimir Korreshi, speaking about critical voices within the party, stated that Ervin Salianjin has not been expelled from the party. Describing the relationship with him as friendly, the MP emphasized that despite internal debates, unity remains the priority.
He recalled the time when a group of MPs, including himself, were against Sali Berisha's line, but justified their return to him with the argument that they went "where the people's vote is," since their group did not have the necessary electoral support.
Korreshi emphasized that in this situation where the Democratic Party finds itself, it is important to have unity and not conflict.
