Prime Minister Rama has started the meeting of the Assembly of the Socialist Party with criticism. He has asked the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, for the names of the members and managers of the branches who have not worked enough, as he emphasizes that he will take measures against them.
Rama adds that the possibility of their moving from the positions they have in SP branches is not excluded.
It is known that the prime minister had reservations about Kavaja as well, based on the fact that they lost the May 14 elections.
During his speech at the beginning of the meeting, the Prime Minister emphasized that in this Assembly an analysis of the situation where the party is located will be made. He emphasized that a great opening of the party and a broad involvement of all those who have the internal desire and need to contribute and seek their space is very necessary.
The meeting comes at a time when tensions in the parliament and with the opposition have increased, while the latter has also started protests and has announced the escalation of the action.
