Today, Prime Minister Edi Rama chose to wear sneakers to the closed-door meeting that is being held today in a bar on the outskirts of Tirana.
The former speaker of the Assembly, Gramoz Ruçi, or Namik Dokle were not absent either.
Ditmir Bushati and Artan Lami, who have been separated from political life for years, participated. Government cabinet ministers are also present.
Now the chairman, at the same time the prime minister Edi Rama demands maximum commitment to prepare for the elections next year. Maximum presence of members is requested in this meeting.
In a statement to the media after getting off the motorcade, Rama emphasized that there will be no changes in this Assembly, but that an analysis of the situation where the party is located will be made.
"Today we have no plans to make changes. We have gathered here to make an analysis and take further action.
The word "punishment" does not apply to the organization of a political family, reorganization and movement in order to do the job as well as possible", said Rama.
Around 400 members of the Assembly, including Prime Minister Rama, ministers and deputies will be part of today's closed door meeting of the SP Assembly. In an announcement yesterday, members were informed that participation in this meeting is mandatory and absences will be considered unjustified.
