Prime Minister Edi Rama has indicated the criteria that will be followed for those who will run for re-election in next year's local elections.
From the Socialist Party Assembly, Rama said that a condition for each candidate seeking another mandate will be the contracts signed for the mountains package and joint ventures.
"These elections, even without the participation of the diaspora, are the moment to give the diaspora the attention it deserves, with facts! Not with meetings, not with parties, which are good, but with facts!"
There are two elements, the Mountains Package and the Bank of Albania credit lines along with other sources of financing to build joint agricultural enterprises between municipalities and communities, interest groups in the countryside.
"There will be no candidate who will receive approval to run again without 10 contracts signed within the framework of the Mountain Package and without 3 joint ventures approved," Rama declared.
Prime Minister Edi Rama again mentioned the constitutional changes he announced earlier, aimed at reducing the number of deputies in the Assembly.
In his speech before the SP Assembly, the socialist leader also focused on the law on referendums, which he said are late, while adding that they will call on Albanians to "say who is with whom and who is for what."
According to him, the new law on referendums can be implemented within this parliamentary session. He also made a comment on the law on the functioning of the Assembly.
"We will reduce the number of MPs and I believe we are late for this, but we still have all the time to call Albanians to a referendum and therefore we will advance the missing law on referendums because there are other topics that we need to put before Albanians and let them say who is with whom and who is for what."
I believe that the new law on referendums is feasible within this session of the legislature. Secondly, we talked about the organic law on the functioning of the assembly, which is necessary because the assembly has deputies without status.
"The Assembly has insufficient resources with which it functions. It doesn't even have a house. We have said that we need to make the Assembly a house. These things need to be done now," said Rama.

Ti personalisht dhe kasta jeni një grusht zogj qyqesh që fati dhe elita globaliste ju bëri bashk. Dridhe Edi Rama se është ora juaj. Por viti ka muaj dhe muaji ka ditë.
