The vice-president of the Democratic Party, Orjola Pampuri, has reacted to the statement of the deputy of the Socialist Party, Arben Pëllumbi, who said that if there is no consensus for the "Vector", the mechanism of 84 votes will operate.
Pampuri said that it is not the PD that does not want the Electoral Reform, but those who are afraid of the open lists and the vote of the Albanians.
The MP emphasized that only a comprehensive electoral reform according to the recommendations of the OSCE will be effective and welcomed by all.
