The head of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha "closed the door" to Ilir Meta, who said that there is no possibility of cooperation with PL.
As he added that even with the Reestablishment, of course there is no possibility for an alliance.
"Today we are cooperating on things like voting and the attitude towards justice. Here the division is between the old caste who want to suppress justice and the rest who want justice to prevail. The first step is this dialogue table. Some of those present intend to take the form of a political coalition, where each actor will see his own country and the framework of DP as a center-right party", said Basha for "Report TV".
Asked why accusations are being made at a distance with Meta and Kryemadhi, Basha said that the relationship with PL was very damaging for PD and the Democrats.
" Everyone knows what I said. I don't waste time with accusations. How long they think to return the batteries of lies to the DP will return to them. It was a political coalition dictated by the circumstances of 2017. It was never a relationship freed from mistrust. It was a very damaging relationship for the DP, the Democrats. I rule out any future cooperation with LSI in the next elections" , said the leader of the DP.
What about the Reestablishment movements?
"The obsession that cooperation will happen from 40, 60 or 100 individuals is wrong. The calculation is made with the Albanian voter.
