The head of the DP, Lulzim Basha, during a meeting with the leadership structures in Elbasan, stated that the National Assembly of September 2 opens the door to important changes for the Democratic Party.
Basha says that the democrats will determine with their vote the political action and the necessary changes to be a contemporary party.
According to him, the corruption that has gripped the state makes proposals for cleaning up politics through vetting vital for the country.
" The National Assembly of 2 Shatori unveils important changes for the Democratic Party. Where the Democrats will determine with their vote the political action and the necessary changes to be a contemporary party, with a new political culture, close to the citizens, with a vision and a clear program for the concrete problems that affect Albanian families.
The leadership structures of the Elbasan District are determined to advance the reorganization and modernization of the branches of the Democratic Party, to tend to the confrontation with the political opponent, to oppose the corruption of power with values and the best alternative.
The corruption that has gripped the state, as evidenced by the Incineration Affair, makes our proposals for cleaning up politics through vetting vital for the country, so that the abusers of property, taxes and the trust of Albanians no longer find a place in politics." - writes Basha .
