Union with Berisha, Bardhi: My ways with Basha have parted, he is not positioned with the opposition

MP Gazment Bardhi stated that he parted ways with Lulzim Basha as the latter was not clearly positioned on the side of the opposition.

In an interview for the show "5 questions" on "Report TV", he declared that he chose to be with the opposition group that is against Rama.

" Lulzim Basha is not clearly positioned in the opposition, while every democrat, oppositionist should be on his side in the battle against Edi Rama. Our paths diverge at this point. My opponent is Edi Rama. This is the only studio where the unification of the opposition is discussed, this is bad news for Edi Rama ", he said.

Asked if he intended to run for prime minister with the factoring he has received in the division within the DP, Bardhi said that it is a matter that must be decided by the structures.

" I don't see myself as prime minister. I never thought of myself in this position. This is an issue that will have to be decided by the party structures ", answered Bardhi.
