The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in a press conference, leveled accusations against the Special Prosecution Office.
Asked by journalists whether he will send the 1,500-page book 'facts and evidence for the May 11 elections' to SPAK, Berisha said that it could happen.
But the democratic leader emphasized that over 100 lawsuits have been filed and SPAK has not moved any of them.
He accused the Special Prosecution Office of being part of Rama's agenda.
"We have discussed it and we can take it. I want to tell you that the most fundamental problem of the Democratic Party and Berisha with SPAK when I called SKAP for the electoral amnesty. If SKAP did not make the electoral amnesty, these would never happen. But SPAK is part of the SP's electoral agenda. Not all of them. Dumani declared a month ago that they have not brought any facts. Over 100 lawsuits have been filed with SKAP for these and none have moved. We can send them but the amnesty for electoral crime is amnesty for gangs," said Berisha.
