The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, thanked all the citizens who participated in yesterday's protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office.
In a statement from the blue headquarters, Berisha said that yesterday the new opposition mission was inaugurated, emphasizing that the battle for Rama's removal will continue. The leader of the DP stated that the police terrorized the young people who participated in yesterday's protest.
"I would like to express my deepest gratitude, my greatest respect for all those who filled the square in the most powerful, peaceful protest in memory. Yesterday they inaugurated the new mission of the opposition, the salvation of democracy, the Albanian family and Albania. Each participant signed the contract yesterday to stand up for Albania.
I want to thank them for restraining themselves from anger and hatred towards the narco-government. This is an ongoing battle. It is an organization of extraordinary importance and with a message for Rama and his government. This message is summed up in a single word: Go away!”, said Berisha.
