If the Democratic Party wins the May 11 parliamentary elections, justice reform will change.
This is what DP leader Sali Berisha says, who in an interview for the Opinion show on TV Klan referred to SPAK.
According to Berisha, he will call the Venice Commission and the work of SPAK prosecutors will be scanned, who, according to him, if it turns out that they did not act or cooperated with the crime, will be removed from office.
" Each of them who has slept over the crime files will go to the criminals. Justice will change. No one can impose on me to keep criminals in office. I will take the Venice Commission, we will put the files forward, because these gentlemen instead of asking for the public's help... I asked for the truth commission, while they declare the connections of crime with politics a state secret ," he said.
Earlier, in Opinion, Sali Berisha mentioned that he will reform the new justice system through the Venice Commission and a popular referendum, but categorically ruled out collaboration with Edi Rama.
