Democratic leader Sali Berisha, commenting on the arrest of Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj, on SPAK orders, said that he expected it to happen in December, while adding that Prime Minister Edi Rama had released him.
On the show 'Opinion', Berisha said that 44 protests have been held at the Municipality against the mayor.
"Delayed arrest. Veliaj in the history of this country, one of the most disfigured thieves. 130 million Euro arsonist of Tirana, there is no name or mole.
