Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha gave his speech today at the window of the apartment, asking for support from his militants for the overthrow of the government and the removal of Rama.
He called for mobilization and civil disobedience to overthrow what he calls the "narco state." According to him, Rama seeks to annihilate the opposition.
Berisha is under house arrest, but that hasn't stopped him from going out the window and giving speeches, as supporters gather every night in the street below the palace.

If we think about what hope is, it is the ray that pierces every darkness, every tunnel and that gives light to the path we have to follow.
Indeed, the hope today is you, with your resilience, who have decided to face the dictatorship. You are determined to remain as invincible opponents, to protect freedoms, the most basic rights, human dignity, from Edi Rama's narco-state that is ruining Albania and Albanians every day.
Two years ago, with your instinct for freedom, in the most noble feeling of man, of his dignity, when you saw that the opposition was being betrayed with a program, that Albania was being punished with an opposition allied to Edi Rama, you stood up strongly in the most difficult conditions. exceptional and dry, no, in faith in the democratic ideals of the Albanians.
I said no to the pressure, the blackmail of the George Soros mafia and the international mafia. You said no to the attempt for an Albania without opposition and you re-founded the opposition of the Albanian nation, which did everything to come out, to put aside all deception and lies and told you Albanians the truth, that today for your will, your vote, your dignity , you have an enemy as fierce as in the blackest dictatorship of the communist past.
And this enemy is Edi Rama.
