According to the announcement of GJKKO, Sali Berisha should not leave his apartment located at the address: "Mustafa Matohiti" Street, and should not communicate with other people except those who live in the same apartment with him.
The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, represented by prosecutors Arben Kraja and Enkeleda Millonai, has been charged with the execution of this decision.
Berisha's lawyers stated that the decision was taken in violation of the law.
