"Institutions in the hands of Rama", Salianji: Jails people for plastering, gives tenders to oligarchs

The Deputy of the Democratic Party Ervin Salianji said that this New Year finds Albania in a regime as all the institutions have submitted to a single man who is Edi Rama.
