DP leader Sali Berisha has attacked SPAK leader Altin Dumani. From the Special Prosecution Office where he appeared to enforce the mandatory appearance measure, Berisha called Dumani an enemy of pluralism and McGonigal's lawyer.
"To McGonigal's lawyer, to the constitutional crimes and sworn enemy of pluralism, to the slave of his illegal assets, apartments, etc.," said Berisha as he revealed that this was the message he left for Dumani.
After leaving the Special Prosecution Office, Berisha also attacked Judge Irena Gjoka.
The leader of the Democratic Party declared that "this is the state of Irena (Gjoka) with 5 surnames who continues in office in flagrant violation of the Constitution and the laws of the country."
Berisha emphasized that "a request was made to the Supreme Court of Justice to determine the end of Irena Gjoka's mandate because when she took office she did not have the criteria set out in the law to be a judge as she had a criminal decision that had become final."
