Lawyer Romeo Kara commented on SPAK's investigations on January 21, on the eve of the 14th anniversary of this tragic event, where during the opposition protest, Berisha's government killed 4 people on the boulevard.
Kara is watching with interest the possible testimony of former President Bamir Topi. He stressed that justice cannot delay any longer in bringing to justice all those who obstructed the investigations.

"Berisha kills for his power," Kara declared, emphasizing that January 21st remains a symbol of state injustice that requires full clarification.
