Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha declared that the opposition is united to start civil disobedience against the "Rama" government.
Asked on the show "Opinion" if he would be willing to join forces with Lulzim Basha to overthrow the government, Berisha said that he had no contact with the opposition as he is a hostage of the government. The former prime minister said that Basha is being held hostage by Rama with a file in court.
