The opposition intends to block the Council of Mandates during the session for Berisha.
Democratic deputy, Edmond Spaho said that the chaos of Reestablishment will continue on January 18 in the Council of Mandates at the meeting where it will be decided on the immunity of Berisha, underlining that there will also be flare-ups just like in the plenary sessions.
"Definitely the action will continue with flakadana", he said.
While the deputy of the SP, Xhemal Qefalia in the "Frontline" studio, expressed that he believed that the representatives of the opposition will participate in the meeting of the Council of Mandates for the immunity of Berisha and then also in the plenary session in the Assembly where the vote will be taken for the termination received by the Council.
He emphasized that there would be a special session in the Assembly for this vote, outside the agenda. "I believe the representatives of the opposition will participate in the Council of Mandates and will participate in the plenary session. As far as I know, it will be a special session not only for the agenda. If it will be acted in accordance with the constitution, there will also be the presence of opposition deputies. After I heard the part that is attached to the Reestablishment that a part will participate in the vote", Qefalia said.
