The fight within the Nisma Shqipëria coalition over the sole mandate obtained on May 11 seems to have taken the form of a soap opera or comedy. After Endri Shabani's uncle, who gave up his resignation and is seeking to obtain the deputy's mandate, a candidate from Adriatik Lapaj has entered the game.
Kleana Xhuxheli, ranked third in Tirana, has sent a letter to the CEC stating that she is seeking the mandate of MP.
" Following my previous request to resign from running for deputy in the Albanian Parliament, for the Parliamentary Elections of May 11, 2025, I inform you that I have decided to revoke the resignation submitted on 11/05/2025. This decision comes after a full review of the circumstances and a broad consultation with supporters, family and the structures of my political engagement. I am convinced that I can continue my public engagement with full dedication and responsibility. I ask that this request for revocation be taken into consideration and that the relevant procedures be followed in accordance with the electoral legislation in force ," she writes.

Zeqir Kordhoni, Endri Shabani's uncle, wrote a similar letter yesterday, a letter that caused a big rift between Adriatik Lapaj and Endri Shabani. Lapaj accused Shabani of using his uncle to get the mandate. On the other hand, Shabani attacked him for not keeping his word that he would resign if they only got 1 mandate.
But it seems that now the war has flared up. It is not known whether the candidate in question was introduced with Lapaj's blessing to fuel Kordhoni's ambition, or whether everyone's appetite for entering Parliament has now been whetted.
