Prime Minister Edi Rama is holding today a discussion with business on the government's new initiative for a comprehensive review of business administrative procedures and cutting bureaucratic links and further improving the business climate.
The administrator of Konfindustria, Gjergj Buxhuku, during the meeting with the prime minister, raised some concerns related to the theft of hydrocarbon products. He said that citizens already receive hydrocarbons of bad quality, they pay more than they receive.

Buxhuku also stated that another issue is to conduct a complete review of how public procurement procedures are organized. According to him, there should be equality and competition.
"All the initiatives that are taken today are welcome. I use the opportunity to say some concerns related to the procedures, they should have been done years ago. I want to say that we have problems, for the construction of solar panels by industries, it is a limitation with VKM. The investment is private and the production is not to be put on the market but for personal consumption. It is very hindering, this can be overcome.
The concern is with the retail sales that happens with fuels, we have big thefts, they have increased for Diesel and Gasoline products, the minimum is 4%. In addition to high quality, citizens pay 10% more than declared.
