Concession for sterilization, hearing postponed for 6 of the arrested

Today, the hearing was postponed for 6 of the 8 people accused of the sterilization case who complained about the security measures given by the Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime.

The reason for postponing the hearing that will be held on Wednesday at 9 am was the lack of legitimacy of the lawyers.

The former Deputy Minister of Health Klodian Rjepaj, the businessman who won the tender Ilir Rrapaj, Marsela Serjani, Saimir Kadiu, Arben Gjata and Genc Burazeri are the people who complained about the measures in the Special Appeal. While Naile Ajazi and Petro Mersini, who are under the obligation to appear, have not appealed.

According to SPAK, Rjepaj is accused of "abuse of duty" and "forgery of documents", while Rrapaj is accused of "fraud with serious consequences" and "forgery of documents".
