The American Embassy in Tirana has confirmed the meeting of American Secretary of State Antony Blinken with the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani.
The American Embassy in Tirana reacted after the arrival in Albania of the American Secretary of State, Antony Blinken.
Through a post on social networks, the Embassy welcomed Blinken, describing the visit as historic.
The response states that Blinken will meet with the country's president Bajram Begaj, Prime Minister Rama, SPAK head Altin Duman and the Embassy community.

During his first visit to Albania, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will meet with President Bajram Begaj, Prime Minister Edi Rama and will participate in a special youth activity at the Pyramid of Tirana, celebrating the future of US relations -Albania. He will also meet with justice leaders and the Embassy community. Follow us throughout this historic visit", writes the US embassy on the X network.

This is the first visit to Albania by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken. Multiple security forces are engaged to ensure security throughout his 8-hour visit to Tirana.
