The Greeks' reason for the informal dinner is the anniversary of the Thessaloniki declaration 20 years ago. There will be no need for official declarations or state commitments. At the table filled with the chosen foods, prime ministers and presidents will be relaxed by good wine and without cameras imposing frozen attitudes. At tables like these, Rama has always excelled with humor and salty jokes.

As if to tease Rama once again, shortly before the start of the dinner, the Greek Foreign Ministry found time to make another reaction to Fredi Beleri. The Albanian court left him in prison again.
The absence in Athens has not been without effects on Prime Minister Edi Rama. And this was best demonstrated by a strange reaction that he shared on Twitter. Rama suddenly responded to an interview that the Minister of Defense of Serbia, Miloš Vučević, gave in a morning show for Pink TV. Vučević had said, among other things, that North Macedonia and Montenegro should not think that since they are part of NATO, then "their problems are over".
Rama writes nervously and tells him that Albania, North Macedonia and Montenegro are NATO allies and "committed to the security and territorial integrity" of each other. In short, Rama is ready to fight for Montenegrins and Macedonians, if the Serbs are serious about their threats.
"Threats against the stability and integrity of North Macedonia and Montenegro are dangerous and unacceptable. Let's not forget that Albania, North Macedonia and Montenegro are NATO allies fully committed to each other's security and territorial integrity," writes Rama.
Rama's statement has several logical problems. First, he did not show this readiness for war even when the territory of Kosovo was threatened in many times more critical situations. Vucic had moved the army to the border with Kosovo, but Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama never showed any sensitivity for the security and territorial integrity of Kosovo, as he does for the territory of Montenegro and North Macedonia.
