Analyst Frrok Çupi says that the official DP has the chance to prove itself with the partial elections in Kukës that are expected to be held in September.
In an interview with Abcnews, the analyst emphasized that if he loses again in a municipality that is considered a democratic stronghold, he must go through a reformation.
"DP had several chances. This is a chance to test even the moment when you find the majority fallen to the ground, at the most difficult point of the government, the fate of the DP intervenes to prove itself in a battle. In Kukës, where the SP suffered an undeserved defeat because it was personal and where this area has always been a bastion of the DP.
If the DP of all kinds in this case again loses in Kukës, this is a proof that must be gathered to pass a reform or another development within itself because it means that it cannot win even in the most difficult moments of the opponent ", analyst Çupi emphasized.
