Democratic Party MP Dashnor Sula, who remained off the lists of this political force and then joined Adriatik Lapaj's "Albania Becomes" only to leave again a few days later, has declared that he will not engage politically in a campaign with any party.
In an interview for Top Channel, Sula stated that he is reviewing the batch of offers he has received after May 11, including that of the Socialist Party.
"You play the card that when the house doesn't appreciate you, it means that the neighbor appreciates you. When the neighbor knows, the house knows. So you have it inside the house and I don't know the price, but if the neighbor knows, then that's not my fault. It's the house's fault that closed the door on me, Berisha's fault that didn't appreciate my contributions, and it's the opponent's merit that recognizes my values that made it possible to attract the disappointed," said Sula.
He is considering Edi Rama's invitation, but he is responding to his condition with another condition, showing the red line in case of acceptance.
-Who does Dash Sula belong to now?
"I do not rule out any alternative, but my freedom as a political individual is non-negotiable," he said.
The Democratic MP declares that he does not believe Berisha's repentance. Sula says that the latter's actions are different from his words.
"Mr. Berisha's public statements are not true. They have decided to end my political career. They did not include me in either the closed or open lists. And the result will not be the desired one on May 11. Not just a loser but more than a loser. Unfortunately, I say it with sadness," said Sula.
