Prime Minister Edi Rama does not agree with the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office regarding the construction in Theth. Although the issue of why Edi Rama's directors did not prevent it is a matter of much debate, Rama seems to have taken it personally with Judge Elsa Gjeli and not only her.
Rama said that the Ministry of Justice is preparing documents to request an investigation into the prosecutor, but also into the entire Shkodra Prosecution Office, at the KLP.
" It is worrying what happened in Theth, where the state structures that acted were left in the lurch by a prosecutor and the Prosecution even takes her on as a defense. These people also take a subject called logic in school, there is only no logic in their reasoning."
That lack of logic in a fundamental law enforcement body translates into enormous damage to the community, to individuals, to our common wealth, to the image of the country.
"What an image this is in the eyes of those hundreds of tourists who yesterday and today in Theth see the fadromas, who go there to clean the open wound of a totally irresponsible individual, who has committed multiple crimes there and who, even now as we speak, is unknown who he is because prosecutor Gjeli has let him go by not deciding not to open the case, that is, she has decided not to conduct any investigation ," Rama said in a communication on social networks.
