The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, has spoken for the first time about the incident in Kamëz. Although he showed the door to the woman who criticized him and was removed from the structures today, Noka stated that debates are a normal part of the functioning of any political structure and that he himself welcomes criticism.
" Albanians want to know what concerns a person has in a structure that I or someone else debates. We have daily debates in structures, there are rules and statutes. There are criticisms and debates, we are still there ," Noka said on "News 24".
He emphasized that the relationship with the membership has always been the pillar of his political career.
" I take into account every criticism and here at this political point I have reached because of those people. I come from the people. I owe my career to them and the relationship with them ," he said.
He explained that the lady in question is not a member of the Presidency, so there is no way she could have been expelled.
