The head of the DP Parliamentary Group Gazment Bardhi is holding a press conference.
During his speech, Bardhi said that the PD parliamentary group has submitted a request for a motion with a debate on the links between politics and crime. Furthermore, Bardhi said that Rama mocked the denunciations of the opposition or the international media, but in reality, according to him, the prime minister had opened the doors to people with criminal records.
"On Monday, the PD parliamentary group submitted a request for a motion with a debate on the links between politics and crime. 2013-2017, our group denounced individuals with criminal records with the support of Rama and SP, who had succeeded in penetrating the highest levels of the state by being elected deputies or mayors.
As a result of the position of the DP group, even though Rama consistently considered our positions to be mud, the Assembly adopted the unique law in the world that guaranteed the integrity of persons exercising public functions.
Exactly the same as today, Rama mocked the denunciations of the opposition or the international media, and even said that he could hardly wait for the entry into force of the law to identify criminals because, according to him, the opposition was lying.
The truth is that Rama had opened the doors to people with criminal records," said Bardhi.
