Interior Minister Taulant Balla has reacted regarding the merger of the Kruja Commissariat.
During his speech, Balla said that Rraja's violence about the quarry highlighted the situation at the Fushë Kruja police station where the police were not the weakest but the strongest.
"In the first meeting I held with the General Director and the one of Tirana, my first request was the arrest as soon as possible of the brother and son of the deputy of Fushë-Kruja, who is my friend and former colleague, Rrahman Rraja , who with his gesture of handing over the mandate did his duty towards the citizens, morally punishing himself, but while the State Police has not yet done its duty to legally punish the two aforementioned individuals, who have the place before justice an hour ago.
But that ugly scene in Fushë-Kruje has a much more significant content for the State Police than the capture of its perpetrators. Because that scene speaks of a situation that was exacerbated before, by the unacceptable tolerance of the police of that area, who did not listen to the complaints of the residents and consequently chose to become a shield of lawlessness, behaving as strong with the weak and weak with the strong. The dissolution of the police station of Fushë-Kruja was the right response to a much wider and deeper failure than the quarry of the conflict that brought the failure to the surface," said Balla .
