Liberation Day, Rama message to Albanians: Have a peaceful day

After the celebration the day before of the declaration of Independence, Albania, today November 29, celebrates the Day of Liberation from the Nazi-fascist invaders.

Prime Minister Rama has congratulated the Liberation Day.

"Together with the congratulations for the great celebration of liberation, I wish you all a peaceful day", he writes on Facebook.

He published footage of the red and black flag flying at the "Mother Albania" memorial, which is located at the entrance to the "Second World War Martyrs Cemetery" in Tirana.

We recall that, yesterday in Vlora, the ceremony of raising the Albanian flag was held on the occasion of the 111th anniversary of the Independence of Albania.

Present at this activity were the highest heads of state; President Begaj, Prime Minister Rama and Speaker of Parliament Nikola. Also present was the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, who in recent months has had several verbal clashes with Rama regarding the issue of northern Kosovo.
