The head of the DP, Sali Berisha, denounced today the pressure being put on the Constitutional Court to decide the invalidation of the SKY ECC wiretapping.
Berisha said that a complaint made by the defendant Pëllumb Gjoka is being used as a pretext in this context.
" Today I am before you to denounce one of the ugliest acts with the most serious consequences for this country, the tremendous pressure being put on the Constitutional Court to order the invalidation of millions of pages, messages and conversations, brought in accordance with the international rule by the partners, the law enforcement agencies of the partner countries, in which Albania is proven to be a country, from the basements of criminals and the mafia to the prime minister's office, ruled by crime, crime and only crime.
In this context, a complaint made by the defendant Pellumb Gjoka is being used as a pretext. Every defendant has the right to submit any complaint to the judicial system, but Pëllumb Gjoka is being used only as a prestanome because, in fact, behind the extraordinary pressure on the Constitutional Court to invalidate as valid legal documents 1 million pages, conversations and messages between criminals, in which they are found, 98 percent of murders are solved.
95 percent of all criminal traffic, mainly cocaine, cannabis and other traffic, is broken down.
90 percent of government interventions in tenders and concessions are broken down.
