The criminal amnesty was voted with 110 votes in favor two days ago in the Parliament.
The lawyer Rezart Kthupi said that the two deputies of Lulzim Basha's group (Ori Nebiaj and Eralda Tase) wrongly voted in favor of the law on Criminal Amnesty. He stated that the vote took place for internal communication issues.
"The draft drawn up by Gazment Bardhi is the first payment that Rithemelimi is paying to the majority for the restoration of normality in the Parliament. The second will be electoral reform. In relation to the amnesty, we have said that the initial draft brought by the government is very good. We voted in principle for the entire law, Article 1, and refused to participate in the vote. 2 MPs voted by mistake for internal communication issues", he said to "Euronews Albania".
