Mimi Kodheli and Arjan Kraja suffer from dementia...
In the 500-page file of SPAK against Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, there is a very interesting development, which is being kept silent by the government media, which are making a fuss about the investigations.
This development, if disclosed in detail during the trial in the process, shows that the government of the Socialist Party that came to power in 2013, has prepared a report regarding the privatization of the 'Partizani' club, which was set up by a commission of experts.
But the beauty is that that report is nowhere to be found, while the expert, who discovered the ownership problems of the Begeja family, that is, of Jamarbë and Argita Malltez, was fired from his job after a year.
But this expert, who cleverly kept the inspection documents in his home, gave SPAK everything he had.
In the SPAK file, it is noted that it was the citizen Fejzi Haxhia himself who made available to us a copy of the commission's control acts.
Haxhia kept all the acts at home, while all the members of the commission have said that they do not remember the acts or conclusions of the audit commission.
Meanwhile, SPAK asked, in addition to the members of the commission, the two leaders of the Ministry of Defense at the time, namely Minister Mimi Kodheli and Secretary General Arjan Kraja, who did not provide information, but stated that they do not remember.
Even Minister Kodheli said that she remembered that she signed a control order, but she did not remember the conclusion or other details.
This fact is actually a big scandal, since Edi Rama's opposition once promised that when it came to power, it would not only undo the privatization of the 'Partizani' club, but also bring the materials to justice. .
But as the facts show, not only did it not lead, but it also did not do what it should in searching for traces of the foundation of the abuse. So the ownership right of the Begeja family, where Jamarbër Malltezi has entered into a share.
There is more than that: the report of the control commission is not found in the archive of the Ministry of Defense, which is another big scandal. But all those questioned are legally protected that they do not remember, that is, they are not aware of the fact.
However, politically and morally we are dealing with a problem, as the government of Edi Rama would have to find the roots of the abuse over the privatization of the "Partizani" club. Against whom he also fought during the time when he was SP in the opposition.
And in the current case, not only did he not do it, or better to say he did, but he lost the report. But there is even worse. When a member of the commission like Fejzi Haxhia discovers the Begeja family ownership scandal, it doesn't take long and he is fired. Haxhia seems to have understood why this happened, he saved the documents, and today he gives them to SPAK.
The natural question is how is it possible that Minister Mimi Kodheli, Edi Rama's former right-hand man in the Tirana municipality, has failed in this audit mission? Unintentionally? In several interviews, Kodheli has stated that her father was a close friend of Sali Berisha during communism. Is it really possible that a minister in Edi Rama's government can do as he pleases? Mimi, after leaving the ministry, has never joined the government. Even in the last elections, he was left at the bottom of the list, but he "survived" thanks to the personal votes that were collected from the support of the SP of Tirana.
All this does not exclude Edi Rama, since if the head of the government thought that Mimi had really betrayed him, he would declare him an 'enemy', as he has often done with others. It seems that we are dealing with a very cunning move here. That, according to the possibilities, documentary data did not have to be taken to Adriatik Llalla.
However, all these are hypotheses that must be clarified by Edi Rama himself. After in 2020, it was Taulant Balla who brought the denunciation of 'Partizani' to SPAK. But this happened when the incinerator's firecracker exploded, which was like an answer to stop the noise.
Then why did Mimi Kodheli and her Ministry of Defense hide the report on the "Berisha" family, never to be found again? Even in their statements to SPAK, they pretend to suffer from dementia. From all these arguments, we are most likely dealing not with an individual decision of Mimi, but with an orientation of Bablok. But in order to prove it, it requires an explanation from both that the fact is inside.../ Pamphlet
