Journalist Eni Ferhati raised a question on the show "Noë" with Erla Mëhilli regarding the acceleration of SPAK procedures for the creation of a working group for the privatization part of the "Partizani" complex.
In his speech, addressing Argita Malltez, Ferhati said that it should be clarified how in a short time a working group was established that would consider the demands of the former owners of that land.
According to him, there are moments and spaces where SPAK can interpret more and needs further clarification.
" It is a moment where the Prosecutor's Office for the privatization part says that in a short time people were engaged, legal initiatives and other steps were taken to solve the problem of bureaucratic issues. How is it possible that in a short time a whole machinery was put in place to consider the demands of the former owners and continue with the ordeal of actions? ", said the journalist.
Further, in response to this question raised by the journalist, Argita Malltezi stated that SPAK did not deserve to include in the investigative file against her father a document proving that the privatization was done during the government of Fatos Nano and not anymore. later, during the Berisha government.
" The letter proving that the privatization was done by the Nano government and not by the Berisha government, we submitted to SPAK in August 2023 when we filed a report against Taulant Balla. To this day SPAK has not put it in the file. On page three of the indictment it says: It seems as if the privatization process started in the middle of 2005 and the next paragraph says when Berisha won the elections, so it creates the idea that Berisha started it, in fact it was started by the Nano government . said Malltezi.
