Former MP Myslym Murrizi has reacted harshly to the chairwoman of the High Prosecutorial Council, Mirela Bogdani, and representatives of the justice system, accusing them of damaging the integrity of institutions and promoting unsuitable persons within the framework of justice reform.
Murriz's reaction comes after the last meeting of the KLP, where the composition of the institution's permanent committees was approved. His criticisms are mainly focused on the Ethical and Professional Activity Evaluation Committee, which will be headed by Zeqir Hoda and will have Erion Fejzulla and Olger Eminaj as members.
"The KLP has approved several committees within itself and the biggest surprise is that it has appointed Zeqiri as chairman and Beqir Olger Eminaj as member of the Ethics Committee, who was denounced by an investigative show that mocked a citizen's complaint against a prosecutor, asking her for favors and sex toys.
So, Zeqiri and Beqir Olger Eminaj will "verify" the ethics of around 200 Albanian prosecutors.

According to the official announcement of the KLP, during the meeting held with the participation of members of the Council, representatives of the Ministry of Justice and the JustAL mission, the composition of the permanent committees and substitute members was voted on.
The Strategic Planning, Administration and Budget Committee will be headed by Mirela Bogdani, with members Olger Eminaj and Erind Merkur. Meanwhile, the Ethical and Professional Activity Evaluation Committee will be composed of Zeqir Hoda as chairman, and Erion Fejzulla and Olger Eminaj as members.
