Edvin Kulluri is one of the founders of the new political force "Right 1912". He was invited to the show "The Unexposed", where he was asked about this new party.
Kulluri stated that he left PD because this party is no longer a winning party and cannot come to power.
Kulluri added that he and his colleagues in the new party hope to attract those right-wing electorates who do not vote PD, with the aim of then joining a coalition, but with the condition that Sali Berisha is not prime minister.

Edvin Kulluri : The possibilities for reformation, responsibility, political seriousness, responsibility in DP were exhausted. I tried to find a common language, but we have gone back again. Why? There is no seriousness, to appear in front of people. It's a debate I've been having for so many years. PD, I don't say that it has closed the cycle, but the winning cycle. Even if you collect the votes of Berisha's PD with the official PD, they go to 600 thousand. In 2021, with a great effort, they again received 40 thousand votes less than the left coalition. After what happened after the expulsion of Mr. Berisha, things have gone even worse. PD has returned in the years 94-97, a party of people, taking steps behind, in a party led by Mr. Berisha. When DP and allies are not an alternative, another solution is needed to help the opposition get a majority.
Neritan Sejamini : They are again the main force of the opposition.
Edvin Kulluri : The only party that counts is a winning party. Then to hold a party, you do it when you want. We need a political party, not a personal party. Can you beat the SP?
Neritan Sejamini: If we talk about principles, that within this party there are principles that are being violated, that's another thing. Whether they are winners or not is another matter. Today, when there are many parties, there are cases that come to power with even 20%. Today PD has over 30% of the electorate.
Edvin Kulluri : We have been losing for 11 years and 7 pairs of elections. The situation in the opposition is dramatic. There is no middle ground, you either lose or win.
Neritan Sejamini: So it is a pragmatic solution?
Edvin Kulluri : It is a political solution.
Neritan Sejamini : PD has lost electoral power. Is that why we're leaving? Will you have a winning party? How long will you become a winning alternative?
Edvin Kulluri : With numbers, there is no other way to get the unrepresented electorate. This opposition we have does not convince the majority of Albanians. Every measure has been taken. There is no chance of coming to the fourth term, this is a necessity, it is not necessary. Or hang around the doors of the courts with Lul Basha.
Neritan Sejamini : We agree, but why couldn't you do it where you were and why did you step aside. What you said makes sense, there is a part that PD does not take, you will take it and then unite to take power.
Edvin Kulluri: Without Berisha as prime minister, this condition cannot be negotiated.
