Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha reacted to the execution of 41-year-old Leart Keka yesterday evening in Vlora.
Berisha said that order is in the hands of crime. According to him, the police informed the Minister of the Interior Taulant Balla that the bandits are eating each other's heads, in accordance with the order of the "crime minister".
Berisha also said that Rama has licensed crime gangs.

41-year-old Leartiad Lekaj (Kekaj) was killed yesterday evening in Vlora by a gunshot attack. The event happened around 21:50, in the neighborhood "29-Nëntori".
The victim was traveling by motorbike, when he was shot by a masked person, who was in a car.
The "Audi" car, which is suspected to have been used for crime, was found with the Kalashnikov inside completely burned in the village of Kotë in Vlorë.
Dozens of shell casings were found at the scene, which means that the victim was fired with a Kalashnikov.
The media reports that the perpetrators of the 41-year-old's murder may have used a weapon with a silencer, while it is thought that they were hired killers.
Also, it is known that the wounds were caused by two different weapons. One of the weapons is suspected to have been a pistol with a silencer and the other a Kalashnikov. It is thought that the perpetrators were 2-3 people, where one of them shot in the direction of the 41-year-old and some of the bullets were in the head, causing his death.
