Aida Sakiqi, the Albanian ambassador to Germany, is reported to have been placed under investigation by the Prosecutor's Office and has been declared a defendant for three criminal offenses, which are: "Abuse of office" - Article 248, "Forgery of official documents" - Article 186 and "Abuse of state title or office" - Article 245.
The investigation began with a complaint filed by several citizens living in Germany, as well as by important German state officials, while sources say there were also complaints from embassy employees.
The prosecutors in the case, after being familiar with the reports of several individuals and the relevant facts, conducted preliminary investigations by questioning several witnesses.
Ambassador Aida Sakiqi's abuses have been denounced by several officials at the diplomatic mission, as well as by German authorities. She is accused of possessing dozens of classified and falsified documents, as well as abuses in the management of embassy funds.
Prosecutors have conducted several investigative actions and have found that there was abuse not only with finances, documents, tenders and funds, but also in the appointment of personnel.
During the investigation, it was found that national security rules were violated in the appointment of staff, by hiring people with Russian, Bulgarian and Dutch citizenship.
Previously, the intervention of the SHISH (State Intelligence Service) and the German secret service was required to remove a Russian citizen appointed by the Albanian ambassador.
There is still no reaction from the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania or from the Prime Minister regarding her dismissal.
Meanwhile, the appointment of Ambassador Aida Sakiqi came after the dismissal of Ambassador Artur Kuko, caused by an incident with President Bajram Begaj.
Aida Sakiqi's appointment to the most important embassy in Europe is said to have been motivated by a close relationship she has with Edi Rama's wife, Linda.
A relationship that was further nurtured during the time when the daughter of the prime minister's wife was studying in the Netherlands and Sakiqi was ambassador to The Hague.
However, it is expected that the prosecution, in mid-March, will address the request to the Prime Minister and the President for the security measure against the defendant Aida Sakiqi and her suspension from duty./ Pamphlet

Nuk bere gje tjeter pervecse konfirmove ato qe te thashe. Pedagoge e gjuhes angleze sepse i jati ishte kusheri i nexhmijes vihet ne krye te perfaqesise se bankes boterore..Me rrogen e saj te majme dhe me te ardhura te tjera .... dergoi te dyja vajzat ne belgjike (e bejne pa problem te gjithe shqipetaret dhe mesuesit e anglishtes) ne universitete private..dhe vajza menjehere behet ambasadore..si te gjitha vajzat qe jane mbaruar universitetin sifomos ato te mesueseve te anglishtes..apo jo..Mos u perziej kot nese nuk je e perlyer, apo jo?!..Rri dhe sodit spektaklin se tani nje ambasadore, vajza e nje mesuese anglishte, qe mbahet me taksat e mia/tona ka vepruar/tradhetuar kunder interesave te vendit tim..PISA!
Po ty o robo , pse te dogji apo je ne nje tave. Nuk u lodhet me portat PD e PS te PPSh ?! Na vut n’gjum me perrallat.
Po pse e paska ngaterruar gocen me pune ne shtet (dmth ambasadore) kur nuk ju rrujtka per pune shteti o bole? Apo sepse kjo rrace e poshter qe na nxiu jeten qe nga 1944 nuk heq dot dore nga poshtersite dhe hajdutlliku.
Te mos harrojme se ambasadorja ka studjuar per psikologji ne Belgjike dhe me shume gjasa s'eshte diplomuar pasi ne ate kohe qe teresisht e varur nga substancat narkotile. Shyqyr qe shpetoi gjalle thuaj.
Edi Rama e ka një vëlla me babë në Rusi. Pse nuk e mbledh Presidenti Këshillin e Sigurisë Kombëtare? Apo i ka deleguar kompetencat te Edi Rama dhe vetë është kthyer në noter i Kryeministrit.
Pupupu sa të shpifta mër zot.. si tha Arjan Konomi, kte sikur e ka pjell nuse lala .. ptu rracqime.Sa trradhtar paska pas ky ven mër zot.Kjo halja shoqa Lindës që e bon shtetin si oborr privat
Ky artikull ka dorën e Gentiana Mburimit (apo Burimit), konsullja hajdute e Shqipërisë në Mynih. Është kapur me vjedhje nga Auditi i Ministrisë mbi 35 mije euro, dhe perseri e ka mbyllur me shantazhet e saj. Tani e gënjen mendja se do heqe Ambasadoren ne Berlin me kto sbpifje ordinere…
Ore mire e keni ju dhe nuk kam asgje per te hequr e per te shtuar, po problemi eshte si do ja bejme??? Apo te vije prap Argita ministre (tashme jo si me pare ne hije) por prej verteti dhe te emroje e shkarkoje ke te doje… prandaj ketu nuk jetohet…
