Tomorrow's parliamentary session seems to be tense. It is about a session that will probably seal the political fate of Sali Berisha, as the latter may be isolated in his apartment.

SPAK has requested authorization to place an arrest measure against him and the vote will be held tomorrow in the Assembly. According to information, two reports have been filed by the Mandates and Immunity Council. One prepared by the majority and one by Basha's group, more precisely prepared by Enkelejd Alibeaj.

" Finally, as a member of the Council for Immunity, I recommend the plenary session of the Assembly of the Republic of Albania to vote for the approval of the request for authorization, requested by letter no. 16688 prot., dated 12.12.2023 of SPAK "On granting the authorization for arrest/deprivation of liberty, through the replacement of the security measure ", it is stated in the report submitted by Enkelejd Alibeaj.

But the biggest attention will be what will happen tomorrow inside and outside the Parliament. The opposition has announced protests in front of the Assembly since 9 o'clock. This means that the entry of ministers and deputies into the session will be blocked, since the session is at 10 o'clock. Many militants have been instructed to block the entrances to the courtyard of the Assembly.

But on the other hand, there may be a repetition of what happened last session. The guard blocked the entry of the expelled deputies into the session, and this also led to the ban of the socialists, who entered the hall through secret doors. But it is learned that the opposition has taken measures. If we have another blockade by the Guard, the Democrats will also block the secret doors, preventing the socialists from entering the session. Also, the story of the Flakadans will continue.
