The head of Nisma Thurje, Endri Shabani, said that the punishment of Sali Berisha by justice shows that "Albania is being liberated".

Now we are the last ones in the Balkans who are changing the political class. Berisha Rama have met American presidents who have come and gone, French presidents of other countries. They come and go, they have stayed there. They have not built a democratic country. The same man today continues to behave as if the prosecutor does not know justice.
Without these people going to prison, without these people being punished, without these people leaving the political scene, the country cannot be free to move forward. Berisha is the first, Meta will come after him, and Rama's time will come.
Shabani sees the protest called tomorrow by Berisha while the Assembly is expected to vote on the removal of his immunity as the last effort of a man who does not accept his fate.
"The fact that he is being punished shows that Albania is being liberated. This Albania knew how to do without Skenderbeu and Ismail Qemali and will know how to do without them. I see it as a positive development. These are the last struggles of a man who rejects his destiny. Luck has come to his door", said Shabani for "Report TV".
