Charity does not justify violation of the Constitution
Vullnet Sinaj had the same narrative in the meeting two weeks ago when the motion presented by the opposition MPs began to be examined. Embarrassed in the face of transactions worth around 36 thousand euros from several state institutions on behalf of the "Big Market" company, but also unaccustomed to political confrontation, Vullnet Sinaj began to count in front of the cameras the honors he has done in his constituency and the donations different that he gave. These philanthropic outpourings of his are then multiplied in a large part of the media where he pours hundreds of millions of Lek every year for advertising.
Gazment Bardhi dismantled his Labian folklore several times as he challenged Sinai to let the Constitutional Court decide who is right. But the SP deputy claims that this is a political war and that there is no incompatibility of his mandate with the fact that some public institutions have poured money into the "Big Market" company.
Confused after Bardhi listed all the state institutions that have given money to the deputy's business, Sinaj let out another slur when he said that the invoices are "VAT refunds". In fact, state institutions such as the directorate of asylums, the National Library, sports federations, educational centers or courts that have given money to "Big Market", do not refund VAT.
And the other, the essence of the opposition's motion is not the amount of 3.6 million new lek that the company "Big Market" has benefited from the state institutions, but the constitutional violation that penalizes the deputies who benefit from public funds. Even if you have benefited even 1 lek, it is called a constitutional violation.
Clash with statements
In a desperate attempt to invalidate Gaz Bardhi's accusations, Sinaj reminded the head of the DP Parliamentary Group at a meeting today of his statement from some time ago.
"Bardhi did not hand over his mandate when he promised that if Berisha became president he would withdraw from politics, he has started dealing with the rest of us. Keep your word Mr. Bardhi", said Sinaj.
Meanwhile, Bardhi called the donations made by Sinai "election corruption".
“Ka ardhur për t’i bërë reklamë vetes, jo për të dhënë llogari për përfitimet që ka marrë nga buxheti i shtetit në kundërshtim me kushtetutën. Më quan donacion paratë që shpërndan për të blerë vota. Nuk e di që quhen donacion, janë forma kaliske e korrupsionit në zgjedhje. Është e paarsyeshme që kur kompania dhuron, deputeti i di gjitha dhe merr meritën dhe kur kompania përfiton nga buxheti, deputeti s’di gjë se ka caktuar një person të besuar. Ju keni vendosur ta merrni në mbrojtje, të hidhni në kosh vendimet e kushtetueses dhe kushtetutën. Edhe fjala e deputetit e provon, mungesë totale ndaj kushtetutës”, tha Bardhi.
“Deputeti i popullit”
Sa më shumë mbrohej si “deputeti i popullit” aq më tepër dilnin në publik të tjera kusure të Vullnet Sinajt dhe përdorimit që ai i kishte bërë pushtetit të tij politik për të ndikuar në rritjen e biznesit. Gaz Bardhi i përmendi faktin se përpara vitit 2017 kur Vullnet Sinaj nuk ishte deputet, biznesi i tij rezultonte me humbje dhe ishte nën sekuestro. Ndërsa “lulëzimi” dhe zgjerimi i madh për “Big Market” ndodhi pasi ai hyri në Parlament. Afërmendsh që kështu ka ndodhur me shumë të tjerë si Sinaj e deputeti i PS nuk bën përjashtim nga rregulli. Plot si ai kanë përdorur pushtetin politik për të zaptuar territore, për të marrë licenca, koncensione, leje ndërtimi, tendera e gjithë farë favoresh të tjera nga pushteti.
“Unë zoti Bardhi gjatë ushtrimit të mandatit tim si deputet nuk kam shkuar një ditë në festën e vitit të ri pa u siguruar për shpërndarjet e ndihmave. Gjatë mandateve të mia si deputet s’kam shkuar njëherë në darkë të festoj vitin e ri pa u siguruar që kishin shkuar pakot tek të gjitha familjet në nevojë. Kam trajtuar problemet që kanë qenë në zonën time. Kam ndihmuar edhe blegtorët në malet më të larta të Shqipërisë. Hyra për tu bërë deputet që t’i shërbej zonës sime dhe vendit tim me dinjitetin, skam përfituar asnjë lek nga buxheti i shtetit”, çirrej para kamerave deputeti Vullnet Sinaj duke përmendur gjithashtu edhe një donacion që kishte për pasojat e dëmeve nga tërmeti. E po kështu tundte me të madhe para kamerës se rrogën e tij e dhuronte për bamirësi.

Teksa vijonte logorinë e tij si filantrop i madh brenda Partisë Socialiste, deputeti miliarder kyçi gojën në dy raste kur Gazment Bardhi i përmendi edhe një tjetër fakt të rëndë. Në një raport të Transparency International, Vullnet Sinaj përmendet me emër nominalisht si deputeti që ka ndikuar në ligjin për TVSH-në për të favorizuar kompaninë e tij. Në fund të vitit 2017, Qeveria e Shqipërisë shkoi drejt uljes së pragut të regjistrimit të TVSH-së nga 5 milionë lekë në 2 milionë lekë në vit, një ndryshim që synonte uljen e nivelit të informalitetit në ekonominë shqiptare.

Public institutions that took the funds to Vullnet Sinaj
Until now, the opposition has tried and verified the transactions of public institutions in at least 9 companies directly or indirectly connected with the deputy of the Socialist Party. Mostly they are purchases of products in small values at some points of the "Big Market", but the essence of the opposition's motion is not about the value. Xhaçka-Sinaj, who will Rama release?
So far we have seen that Edi Rama has barricaded himself in defense of Olta Xhaçka, desecrating the decision of the Constitutional Court. With the last sending of the case to the Venice Commission, Xhačka's mandate enters the Greek calendar. In the case of Vullnet Sinajt, the situation is more delicate, since receipts for the benefit of public funds are irrefutable evidence.
And yet it is not surprising that the defense continues the same as in the case of the former foreign minister. The first signs were given in these two meetings.
