There is no end to the feats of the stuntman Ilir Beqaj. Since he was a minister, but also when he took over EU funds, he used a sophisticated money laundering scheme to circulate the millions made by corruption.
SPAK managed to dismantle a part of it, when it was discovered how Beqaj used his subordinate Ermal Kurtulaj for "black jobs", but the scheme does not end there. Artjola Zaimi, the wife of Ermal Kurulaj, who has also been a close associate of Ilir Beqaj, appears on stage.
According to the information provided by " Pamphlet ", the lady in question was chief of protocol at the Ministry of Health until 2022 and it is suspected that her hand is hidden behind the scandal of the "disappearance" of the Sterilization file.
After SPAK opened the concession papers, BKH agents landed at the Ministry of Health to seize the contract and other concession documents, but they were not there. SPAK itself admitted that it was acting on a copy of the original and not on the original contract.
To be more clear, BKH agents knocked on Artjola Fari Zaimi's door and she turned them away empty-handed. The lady knew that Beqaj and her husband, who was the ex-minister's realtor, used to go there.
What reinforces this fact even more is that after Beqaj became the director of the State Agency for Strategic Program and Aid Coordination (SASPAC), Artjola took Zaim with him. She was the coordinator of the project "Enhancing Primary Health Care-Kelcyre" (EPHIK). Another Protocol employee went with her to SASPAC. So Beqaj wanted to keep them behind him because he knew the danger.
But as soon as she passed there, the lady immediately jumped on the attack. The "EPHIK" project was implemented in Kilcyre during July 2022 by the Joint Committee of Albanian-Italian Governments (IADSA) with a value of 340 thousand Euros, launched after the request made by the Ministry of Health, headed by Manastirliu at that time. The project was administered by the Directorate of Donations, where Ilir Beqaj was the director.
The scandal is that former minister Ilir Beqja appointed his subordinate Ermal Kurtulaj as leader of this project, while his wife was the coordinator, so that the money would not be shared with anyone else.
It is no coincidence that Ilir Beqaj gave this health care project, which was not done, but the papers were fictitiously filled out, to Ermal Kurtulaj, who was appointed Head of Contacts at the Directorate of Foreign Donations 1 month before the award of the project. in the Prime Minister. / Pamphlet
