Deputy of the Democratic Party Flamur Noka said that the saga of the persecution of the Democrats ended today.
While commenting on the decision of the Court of Appeal regarding the logo and stamp of the DP, he said that in a justice system captured by the regime of Edi Rama, it happens that a sprout emerges to implement the law.
"To keep the DP flag hostage indefinitely, the judicial body in the Appeal had two ways: either to bury the national asset that is the country's opposition and put the pickaxe on democracy, or to recognize the opposition as the country's national asset. I do not change my position that Edi Rama has caught justice. The truth delays, but it does not forget" , said Noka.
While the journalist Klodiana Lala said that "for 3 years you have been throwing accusations at the Courts, you say that the courts are captured. You came out today and say that there are judges who have integrity, on the other hand you accuse the judges. You have to share your mind, either there are judges with integrity, or justice is captured".
Lala hypothesized that perhaps this decision of the Appeal comes at a time of bargaining, mentioning here the participation of the opposition in what is known as the anti-SPAK commission.
Noka replied by saying that "justice is captured by Edi Rama. He could hold it, but he could not hold it indefinitely, he did everything to drag it out to the extreme, but the Courts have deadlines".
The DP deputy rejected the possibility of negotiations with Edi Rama, including the anti-SPAK commission. He added that all those who accept the decision of the Court of Appeal will be contacted one by one.
"Only one has not implemented the Court's decision, so he is in the window", the journalist Lala addressed to Noka.
The latter called Berisha a political prisoner, while he said that the troubles between the democrats are over today.
"We have only one problem to overthrow Edi Rama" , said Noka for "News 24".
