Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha says that the disappearance of the original sterilization contract by former Health Minister Ilir Beqja is extreme banditry.
In a reaction on Facebook, Berisha accuses the former Minister of Health Ilir Beqaj of having destroyed the original sterilization concession contract and replaced it with a forged contract.
"The disappearance of the original sterilization contract from Beqja is extreme banditry. This act is similar to that of the murderer, who burns the victim's body after executing him in order to eliminate the traces of the crime.
Dear friends! A criminal with a ministerial mandate, government members like Beqja, to hide the traces of his terrible thefts, of hundreds of millions of euros with his concessions, has destroyed the original sterilization contract. The disappearance of the original of the sterilization contract, but also of other contracts from the safe of the minister who signed it after it was found that he stole tens of millions of euros with the sterilization alone, is an ugly criminal act, similar to that of a murderer , who, in order to hide the murder and eliminate the traces of his crime, burns the corpse of his victim. With the disappearance of the original contract and its replacement with a forged contract, Beqja wants to hide all the clauses of the contract, on which the open theft of public money by his concessionaire is based," writes Berisha.
Berisha considers the disappearance of the sterilization contract a state crime and calls on the citizens to stand up in protest.
"Dear citizens, look at who are the ones who lead the Ministries of the country and sit in the chair of the member of the government. Condemning with the greatest force this serious state criminal act, I call on the Albanian citizens to stand up today or never against this criminal organization, which is called the government and is headed by Edi Rama and does not stop before any crime for the looting of Albanian citizens . Only a long lasting civil revolt in expelling these mandated criminals from power is the only way to save every honest citizen and Albania from their clutches", he adds.
In the ongoing investigations for sterilization, BKH officers have not found the original copy of the concession contract concluded between the Ministry of Health and Sani Service. In the files of the prosecution there is only a photocopy of the concession contract.
In connection with this investigation carried out by SPAK, the businessman of the concession Ilir Rrapaj and the former Deputy Minister of Health Klodian Rrjepaj were arrested, while 6 other officials were placed under house arrest and forced to appear.
