With what he declares, Eduard Shalsi reveals more than he thinks. Again, on March 31, exactly one day before April 1, consciously avoiding the symbolism of the day of lies, he debunked the evil intention of the government he belongs to.
Shalsi, asserting in the Top Channel studio that the socialists had created a working group within their parliamentary group "that will take the Assembly to another stage, will prepare a commission, where the parliament will control the government", debunked the hidden purpose of the establishment of this group with him at the head, which is only one: to pave the way for the creation of an "Ad hoc" commission, which simply and only, under the guise of "integration and control of independent institutions", instruments that in fact the Constitution has quite clearly defined by law and regulations, will require an extra legal measure to appeal SPAK!
So, the competent authorities are not SPAK and other independent institutions, but the revivalists of Edi Rama led by Shals!
