Irena Gjoka asked SPAK to investigate, reacts Argita Malltezi

Argita Malltezi reacted to the request of judge Irena Gjoka, who sued her for a statement dated September 29, 2024, which accuses the judge of having been bribed with 500 thousand euros.

GJKKO judge Irena Gjoka demanded that SPAK investigate Argita Berisha's statements.

Argita Malltezi states that she was informed through the media about the judge's report to the Special Prosecutor's Office and that she did not receive a notification to know the object or content of the acts.

In an answer to "Ora News", Malltrezi writes that the judge has chosen to hide behind her colleagues, as she adds that Gjoka has her own problem, after breaking the law and abusing her duty.

Malltezi asks for clarification from SPAK, where according to her there is a video where Judge Malltezi negotiates with a former deputy of the SP to receive the sum of 500 thousand euros in exchange for legal exculpatory facilities for the latter.

" I was informed by the media about the report of the judge, a symbol of judicial reform, former president of GJKKO, judge Spata Maneku Gjoka.

I do not know the object and content of the act because I have not yet received notification. But whatever dress Mrs. Spata Maneku Gjoka has decided to wear to her problems with her past and her present, this act proves three aspects:

* First, In the show in question, I asked questions and at the same time called on the media to investigate, to ask SPAK if there is such an issue and whether an investigation is being carried out. I believe this should make the judge with three surnames happy and even anyone else, convinced of his purity, would make a clarifying statement and call on SPAK to investigate and react. Ms. Spata Maneku Gjoka has chosen to hide behind her colleagues, which reveals the second corrupt aspect of the system,

* Abuse of justice. There is no legal provision that gives SPAK the right to investigate cases where the complainant or defendant is a prosecutor or special justice judge. This is an extralegal and abusive practice created by them. This practice is used by judges and prosecutors of special bodies (GJKKO, SPAK) so that through each other they wash their hands of the criminal offenses they commit themselves. In any other court or prosecutor's office in the country, a case against a judge or prosecutor would be transferred to another judicial district for investigation and trial in order to avoid illegal influences, but this does not apply to the ranks of the special branch kamikaze.

* Third, the lady's act of juggling adjectives has to do with her great trouble with breaking the law. I have reported to the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana the prosecutors Millonai and Kraja, the judge Spata Maneku Gjoka and the judge Oldashi for a series of criminal offenses in the procedure of the KP case, specifically the criminal offense "Abuse of duty" in cooperation provided by article 248 of the Criminal Code. "Committing arbitrary actions" provided by Article 250 of the Code and "Not taking measures to stop the illegal situation" provided by Article 251 of the Criminal Procedure Code This report was passed on by the Tirana Prosecutor's Office to SPAK, without notifying me.

The County Councils of Millonai, which are also controllers of GJKKO, i.e. protectors of Gjoka and Olldashi assets, have decided not to start the proceedings. This decision will certainly be appealed, the law-breaking prosecutors and judges know very well that the corrupt decision-making of their colleagues can delay them, but they can never erase the punishment for the criminal acts consumed by them in this case. So the lady in question thinks she can offer a bargain by raising such issues.

However, I appreciate this occasion as an excellent opportunity to ask the adjective juggler the questions that I asked publicly. Have you been expelled from Greece for criminal offences?

Is there a video found in the house of the journalist who has already left Albania, in which she was recorded with the intention of blackmail negotiating with a former deputy of the SP to receive the sum of 500 thousand euros in exchange for legal exoneration facilities for this former deputy ?

SPAK is a public body and has the obligation to clarify if there is such a circumstance to public opinion, so I once again call on it to answer this question, which is in the public's interest. I also encourage the media to ask and investigate this matter", says Malltezi.
